Test Method for Toys Impact Tester
1. 玩具沖擊測(cè)試目的：建立玩具產(chǎn)品強(qiáng)度之測(cè)試方法去模仿兒童使用和可預(yù)見(jiàn)濫用玩具或其他用品所引致的可能性傷害。
1.Purpose for toys impact tester:Use impact strength test methods to simulate a child playing or abusing toys or other items to determine the possibility of injury.
2.玩具沖擊測(cè)試使用設(shè)備：
3.1.一塊水平的鋼板.
3.2.金屬重塊—質(zhì)量為1±0.02kg,分布面積是直徑為80±2mm的金屬重塊.
3.3.刻度尺--可測(cè)到200mm的刻度尺.
2.Toys impact tester apparatus including :
2.1 level steel 1 pcs
2.2 Metal weights - 1 ± 0.02kg weight, diameter:80 ± 2mm
2.3 Scale – measured range 200mm.
3.玩具沖擊測(cè)試測(cè)試方法：
3.1.樣辦預(yù)備：測(cè)試前每個(gè)試驗(yàn)品應(yīng)放置在溫度為20-250C相對(duì)濕度為20-70％的環(huán)境條件下至少4小時(shí).
3.2.玩具沖擊測(cè)試測(cè)試程序:
3.2.1.將試驗(yàn)品以最薄弱的位置放在水平鋼表面上,將金屬重塊從100±2mm的高度跌落到測(cè)試樣辦上.
3.2.2.重復(fù)4.2.1測(cè)試1次.
3.2.3.檢查樣辦有無(wú)小物體、利角、利邊或危險(xiǎn)的驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)。
3.Test Method for toys impact tester:
3.1.Specimen prepare: Before the test, each sample run should be placed at such environment condition of a temperature 20-25 ℃, relative humidity 20 ~ 70% for at least 4 hours.
3.2.Procedure for toys impact tester:
3.2.1. Put the weakest point of the sample on the steel surface,doping the metal weights on the test sample from 100 ± 2mm height .
3.2.2. Repeat the test as 3.2.1 one time more.
3.2.3.Check test sample whether it has the small objects, sharp corners, sharp edges or any dangerous parts.
